Last year, Tamils in Lakhs were victims of ethnic extinction as preplanned by the Sri Lanka Government and its Army which was unheard of in the History of the world. The whole world remained only as silent spectators and thus committed a historic blunder in the civilized world. The ruling congress party in India was whole heartedly supporting Sri Lanka in the regard giving a green signal and was also taking indirect participation in the war itself and made the Tamils of Sri Lanka lose all their right to live in peace, as also lives of their kith and ken and made them homeless, landless, jobless and bereft of everything. That itself is a concrete evidence for the blatant violations of Human Rights committed by the Government of India. It is all due to ineffective foreign policy, fear psychosis of Indian Rulers and policy makers the continuous loss of the Sovereignty and upperhand of Army under the China in the Arena of Indian Ocean and shores of Sri Lanka.
Even after it is clearly revealed that what all happened in Sri Lanka during the ethnic war is nothing but massacre amounting to war crime though various medias. India is utilizing its influences with countries such as China, Russia and others to screen the awareness and constructive changes worldwide Tamil populations is refused of its legitimate right of Independence and live in a separate nation.
All these crimes were committed by none else than the Sri Lankan Army and Sinhalese fanatic groups supported by the Government of Sri Lanka with the backing of the Army also. None of the LTTE ever indulged at any point of time in any such atrocious activities. Therefore to accuse them also equally of war crimes has no meaning at all. On the contrary such takes will amount to an act of degrading and deforming their justifiable rights. The demand for the “Separate Ealam Nation” which is compulsion of time and reasonable urgent steps have to be taken though the competent authoritative organizations of United Nations Organization by holding a referendum. Thought such acts a separate nation of Tamil Ealam has to be carved out. It is absolutely very urgent need of the day. The United States of America, one of the powerful democratic force in the committee of nations by its clever tactics powered with its efficient and competent leaders had itself intervened in various ethnic complicated and challenging problems and solved then by bringing then to happy end and made the people of those countries to breathe independence like South Sudan and East Thymore. Yes. It is a must that the Tamils of Sri Lanka shall also get a separate nation of Tamil Ealam at once.
For begetting such a separate nation for the Tamils, America shall stand by shoulder to shoulder with them in support thereof. In this regard due contacts shall be made with Trans nation of Tamil Ealam a democratic organization of affected Tamilians of the world and those representatives of Tamils who won the recently held ‘Local Body Elections’ in Sri Lanka.
At the sametime it is pertinent to note that a resolution has been duly passed in the Parliament of Australia, a friendly nation of America, Urging suitable actions to enquire into war crimes that took place in Sri Lanka. Hence, the information’s, through Electronic and other medias alone are evidence sufficient enough against the war crimes racial of murders and ethnic massacre committed by the Army and the President Rajapakshe of Sri Lanka acting in uniform.
Kindly do the needful for passing such resolutions in the respective parliaments of various other friendly countries of America also. This will also disable India from involving itself in unintelligent political movements in Sri Lanka continuously.

India is also involving itself engaging all its efforts for the past several years to attain the goal of getting a permanent membership in the security council of United Nations’ Organization with the able assistance of other countries such as Russia, China, France, England and several other nations to some extent.

Our Request and Urgent Demands regarding actions to be taken now:
1. Requisite legal actions shall be intensified to conduct a trial before the court of International Justice against Rajapakshe, his brothers, and Army Generals in respect of the ethnic war and massacre and war crimes committed by them in Sri Lanka with all the available sufficient evidence.
2. The Barbaric acts of crimes being carried on the Sri Lanka torturing and murdering the suspected members of army of LTTE incarcerated in the camps behind barbed wire fence without the knowledge of outside world shall be prevented expeditiously.
3. Right to live in peace of those people who are still in the camps even after two years of end of the war shall be ensured by sending them back to the places of their own.
4. Converting the habitats of Tamils as that of Sinhalese, Land grabs, assigning new names for the villages etc in those parts of area and lands forcibly occupied by the Government of Sri Lanka from the evicted Tamilians shall be completely put an end to. The ancestral homeland of Tamils shall be handed over back to affected people.
5. Arrangement shall be made to determine the political solutions for the Tamils by conducting through some international organization a wide referendum amongst Tamils.
6. America and all other world nations shall recognize the “Trans Nations of Tamil Ealam”, the political organization constituted by world Tamils.
7. Economic blockade shall be imposed on Sri Lanka.
8. As in the case of Sudan bifurcated as North and South Sudan a permanent solution shall be created for Tamils also by conducting a referendum.
9. The Rulers of Sri Lanka shall be brought up before the International court of Justice, the materials and evidence against them shall be integrated and they shall be duly punished.
10. The countries such as India, China, Russia etc. shall be pressurized against involving themselves indirectly in assisting any more the Rulers of Sri Lanka.
